Serving Children 6 Weeks – 5 Years | 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

At Spring-Well Preschool, every child is nurtured through our Heart–Head–Hand learning model, trauma-informed practices, intergenerational experiences, gardening, art, and inclusive special-education supports.


Our extended-day schedule provides both structure and flexibility while honoring the developmental needs of each age group.

Infant Program
(6 weeks - 12 months)

Daily Schedule Overview:

Our infant classroom offers a warm, nurturing environment focused on bonding, sensory growth, and physical development.

  • Soothing morning arrival with lullabies and caregiver connection

  • Personalized feeding, diapering, naps, and comfort routines

  • Tummy time, mirror play, gentle stretching, and early movement

  • Sensory exploration (textures, music, lights)

  • Outdoor strolls and fresh-air stimulation

  • Infant-safe art experiences (finger painting, sponge textures)

  • Introduction to the garden through simple observation

  • Intergenerational cuddle time, lap songs, and soft storytelling

What Parents Can Expect:

Parents can expect a peaceful, loving environment that mirrors home routines. Daily communication includes feeding, diapers, naps, mood, and milestones. Our trauma-informed, relationship-based approach ensures your baby feels secure, supported, and celebrated.

Toddler Program
(12 - 24 months)

Daily Schedule Overview

Toddlers enjoy a balanced day filled with exploration, early language, and guided independence.

  • Morning welcome with songs and simple routines

  • Hands-on learning with sensory bins, colors, shapes, and early counting

  • Outdoor play focusing on running, climbing, and gross-motor skills

  • Art activities like gluing, scribbling, stamping, and painting

  • Early gardening tasks such as watering plants and touching herbs

  • Music, movement, dancing, and fingerplays

  • Storytime and beginning social-emotional lessons using visual supports

  • Intergenerational play, storytelling, and craft moments

What Parents Can Expect

Parents will see joyful learning, growing independence, and emerging communication. Your toddler’s day includes structured activities with plenty of free exploration, language-building, and nurturing guidance for emotional development.

Young Preschool
Two-Year Old Program (24-36 months)

Daily Schedule Overview: 

Two-year-olds learn through play, repetition, and hands-on discovery. Their day includes:

  • Morning feelings check-ins and social routines

  • ABCs, early literacy, and number play

  • Sensory STEM centers (water play, blocks, sorting, magnets)

  • Outdoor adventures and movement games

  • Creative arts, painting, collage, and dough activities

  • Beginning responsibilities (classroom helper tasks)

  • Garden exploration and simple harvest activities

  • Music & movement and dramatic play

  • Intergenerational activities such as shared reading and art

What Parents Can Expect:

Parents can expect structured routines that build early academics and confident independence. Teachers support emotional expression, turn-taking, problem-solving, and language development using trauma-informed and inclusive methods.

Preschool Program
(3- 5 Year Olds)

Daily Schedule Overview: 

Our preschool program prepares children socially, academically, and emotionally for kindergarten and life.

  • Morning Circle with SEL (feelings, mindfulness, cooperation)

  • Thematic literacy and math lessons using our Head activities

  • Science and STEM exploration

  • Outdoor motor-skill development and team games

  • Daily art program with painting, sculpting, and creative design

  • Gardening, composting, and farm-to-table tasting experiences

  • Intergenerational storytelling, gardening, and collaborative art

  • Music, movement, yoga, and dance

  • Heart–Head–Hand blended projects that promote whole-child growth
